1. The actor can use the iDataMap system

0. High level user log on to
the site, regular user reach the site directly
1. User choose all the required mapping variables.
2. User get the desired map on the screen.
3. User click the Pan icon to see other parts on the
map in the same detail level.
4. After that, user can do more operations to store, print, and email the map.
